Who operates estela.cz, who owns its content, what entitles us to provide healthcare services, and whom to contact if you are not satisfied with us.

03 Healthcare licence
Our authorisation to provide healthcare services was granted by the Regional Authority of the South Moravian Region (Krajský úřad Jihomoravského kraje; ref. no. 2811/2017, valid from 27 February 2017). You can also find us in the National Register of Healthcare Providers (in Czech).
04 Copyright
The website content — texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics and their arrangement — is protected by the Czech Copyright Act (Act No. 121/2000 Coll.). Any reproduction, distribution or other use of the content or its parts requires the operator's prior written consent; quotations to the extent permitted by law, with the source acknowledged, are not affected.
Patient reviews are quoted from their public ratings on Google and Firmy.cz; the texts remain the work of their authors.
05 Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
If a dispute arises between us and you as a consumer under a contract — for example the purchase of a gift voucher — and it cannot be settled by agreement, you may file a proposal for out-of-court resolution. The competent body is:

The proposal must be filed within one year of the day you first raised the disputed claim with us.
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority does not handle disputes arising from contracts for healthcare services provided to patients — for concerns about the care you received, see section 06.
06 Complaints about healthcare services
If you have concerns about the care you received, please contact us first — in person, by phone or by email at info@estela.cz. A complaint may be filed by the patient, their legal representative or guardian, a close person (if the patient cannot do so themselves) or a person authorised by the patient. We will deal with it within 30 days of receipt; in justified cases this period may be extended by a further 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you may complain to the administrative authority that granted our healthcare licence — the Regional Authority of the South Moravian Region, Health Department, Žerotínovo náměstí 449/3, 601 82 Brno.
The procedure is governed by Czech Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services (Sections 93–97).
