Dermal Fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers are a gentle, non-surgical treatment that smooths fine, moderate, and deep wrinkles and restores volume — to the lips, cheekbones, or chin. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, the effect is visible immediately and lasts up to 12 months.

Rejuvenation with a substance your body knows well

Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, which is why it is so well tolerated. Its levels in the skin decline with age — replenishing it by injection is one of the most popular non-invasive methods of skin rejuvenation. We use fillers to correct fine, moderate, and deep facial wrinkles, to add volume to the cheekbones, to refine the chin, or to enhance the lips. The treatment is suitable for adult men and women.

It's right for you if…

  • you are troubled by wrinkles that show even at rest — fine, moderate, or deep,
  • you want to add volume to your cheekbones, refine the shape of your chin, or enhance your lips,
  • you appreciate a treatment with an immediate effect and no downtime,
  • you prefer a gentle, non-surgical approach.
  • The treatment is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hyaluronic acid fills static wrinkles and restores volume — expression lines caused by muscle movement are better addressed with botulinum toxin.
How it works

Replacing what time takes away

Hyaluronic acid is applied with a fine needle or cannula directly into the wrinkle, or wherever the face needs added volume. It fills the line from within, smooths and hydrates the skin — and the effect is visible immediately.

Because it is a substance naturally found in the body, it is gradually broken down over time — the effect is temporary and lasts up to 12 months. After that, you can simply decide whether to repeat the treatment.

No special preparation

Hyaluronic acid fillers require no special preparation — just arrive with your make-up thoroughly removed, so the treated areas are clean. You can reduce the chance of small bruises at the injection sites by avoiding over-the-counter medicines and supplements that thin the blood — such as acetylsalicylic acid — for a few days beforehand; never stop prescribed medication, however, without consulting your doctor.

Four steps to smoother skin

The treatment takes place at the clinic on an outpatient basis and takes 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of treated areas.

  1. 01

    Treatment plan

The doctor assesses your skin and together you choose the areas worth treating and the right preparation. These determine the course of the treatment — and the final price.

  2. 02

    Numbing

Before the application, the doctor numbs the treated area with a local anaesthetic or a numbing cream. The treatment is then almost painless.

  3. 03

    Needle or cannula application

The doctor applies the hyaluronic acid with a fine needle or cannula directly into the wrinkle, or wherever the face needs added volume.

  4. 04

    An immediate effect

You see the result right after the application. You leave immediately after the treatment — no downtime, no disruption to your day.

What to expect after the treatment

Hour 0

The effect is visible immediately. You go home right after the treatment and return to your normal day.

Days 0–2

The treated area may be temporarily red or swollen, and a small bruise may appear. As a rule, everything fades within 2 days.

Day 14

The preparation has settled into the skin and integrated with the surrounding tissue — the result has taken its final form.

Months 6–12

The effect gradually fades as the body naturally breaks the substance down. Once it has worn off, the treatment can be repeated.

How long the effect lasts is individual — it depends on the treated area, the chosen preparation, and how quickly your body breaks the hyaluronic acid down.

Hyaluronic acid simply replenishes what the skin loses with age. That is why it looks so natural.

Dermal filler pricing

All three premium fillers cost the same — the choice of preparation is guided by indication, not price. Which one is right for you is best decided with the doctor at a free consultation.

  • Aessoa (1 ml) 270 €
  • Neauvia (1 ml) 270 €
  • Restylane Vital Light (1 ml) 270 €
  • Mesotherapy Neauvia Hydro Deluxe (2.5 ml) 210 €

We speak openly with you

Hyaluronic acid fillers are a gentle treatment with few side effects. The treated area may be temporarily red or swollen, and a small bruise may appear — as a rule, everything fades within 2 days.

The treated spot may be a little tender to the touch for a few days. Rarely, a slight irregularity or asymmetry may develop — most can be corrected at a check-up, and thanks to the natural breakdown of the substance, even these effects are temporary. The risk is reduced by an experienced doctor and a gentle application technique.

Aftercare rules

On the day of the treatment, avoid touching or massaging the treated spots, and skip make-up directly on the injection sites.

We recommend postponing strenuous exercise, saunas, and sunbeds for 1–2 days; also keep the treated areas out of direct sun during that time.

In our patients' words

A selection of reviews from Google and Firmy.cz.

I’ll join the other excellent reviews. I have been to Dr. Kubek many times — for both fillers and Botox. Always a professional, kind and human approach. The result has always been perfect, with a long-lasting effect. The nurse is also very kind and accommodating. Thank you very much!

For a long time I was bothered by sagging skin around my mouth — the so-called jowls. I visited Dr. Koubek for the first time and he gave me a hyaluronic acid filler. I was delighted with the results and I can say he is a professional. From now on I will only go to him.

I have been to Dr. Kubek several times. Complete satisfaction every time, both with the procedure itself (hyaluronic acid) and with the result. Everything calm and relaxed, with a natural-looking result.

Frequently asked questions — dermal fillers

Up to 12 months — the duration is individual and depends on the treated area, the chosen preparation, and how quickly your body breaks the hyaluronic acid down. Once the effect wears off, the treatment can simply be repeated.
The treatment is almost painless. The doctor numbs the treated area beforehand with a local anaesthetic or a numbing cream, and the application itself is done with a very fine needle or a cannula. The whole treatment takes 15–30 minutes.
Immediately — unlike botulinum toxin, the effect of a filler is visible right after the application. The result takes its final form once any slight swelling has settled, usually within 2 days.
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, which is why it is so well tolerated — in the skin it binds water and keeps the skin supple. We use exclusively premium, certified preparations, and the application is always performed by a doctor. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The effect of a filler is reversible. The body gradually breaks the hyaluronic acid down on its own — and if the result didn't suit you, the preparation can also be dissolved deliberately with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Discuss any correction with your doctor.
Yes — when applied with restraint. The doctor chooses the amount of the preparation to suit the proportions of your face, and you can start conservatively: a smaller volume that can be topped up at any time. A natural result is always our goal.
As a rule, once the effect begins to wear off — with fillers, after 6 to 12 months. You can also follow up sooner, for example if you wish to build volume gradually. Your doctor will recommend the right interval.
You can return to work and everyday activities immediately — the treated spots may only be briefly red or slightly swollen. We recommend postponing strenuous exercise, saunas, and sunbeds for 1–2 days.
Each addresses something different. Botulinum toxin relaxes the expression muscles, smoothing the lines created by movement — on the forehead, between the brows, around the eyes. Hyaluronic acid, by contrast, restores volume and fills static lines that are visible even at rest. The two methods often complement each other; what makes sense for you is best assessed by the doctor at a free consultation.
A filler is applied with precision — into a specific wrinkle or an area where volume is needed. Mesotherapy (Neauvia Hydro Deluxe, 2.5 ml), by contrast, distributes hyaluronic acid in tiny doses across the whole surface of the skin; it adds no volume, but deeply hydrates, refines, and brightens the skin.
