How it works
Three steps to a voucher

Enquiry
Fill in the form below or give us a call. Tell us the amount — and the procedure, if you have one in mind — who the voucher is for and the dedication you would like on it.

Confirmation and payment
We will get back to you, confirm your enquiry and send payment details with a QR code. You can also pay in cash or by card at the clinic.

Your voucher
Once paid, we issue the voucher — as a PDF by email for you to print, or printed and ready for you to collect at the clinic.
Terms
Voucher terms
- Validity: 12 months from the date of issue, shown on the voucher. By arrangement, we can extend it.
- Redeeming: mention the voucher when booking your appointment and bring it on the day of the procedure — printed or on your phone. We verify it by its PIN and deduct its value from the price, which is otherwise paid after the procedure.
- Price difference: if the procedure costs more than the voucher, you pay the difference on the day. Any unused value can be put towards another procedure until the voucher expires.
- A voucher for a procedure guarantees the procedure price according to the price list valid on the day of issue — any later price increase does not affect you. Suitability is always decided by the doctor; if the procedure cannot be performed, the voucher value can be used for another one.
- Transferability: the voucher is not tied to a name — the dedication is a personal message. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Withdrawal: you may withdraw from the voucher purchase within 14 days of payment; we will refund an unused voucher in full, using the same payment method.
- Loss: every voucher has its own PIN and is recorded by us — if it is lost, we will issue it again.
